How long does a cleaning cycle take?
It cleans in minutes.
How long do my brushes take to dry?
Choose a 2-hour or 5-hour drying timer. Both shut off automatically, and your brushes rest upright in the built-in holder.
Which brushes does it fit?
It works with most brush sizes. The flexible silicone cap fits almost all brushes.
Is brush cleanser included?
No, cleaning solution isn’t included. Use it with your favorite brush cleanser.
How is it powered?
It runs on USB power and doesn’t use batteries.

Your order
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and delivery takes about 9–17 business days in total. See Shipping & Returns for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $75. On smaller orders, the rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
We’ll email you when your order ships, with tracking details when they’re available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best if it hasn’t shipped yet.

Returns
Returns & refunds
Can I return my order?
All sales are final, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. The only exception is an item that arrives damaged or faulty. See Shipping & Returns for details.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. Based on your photo, we’ll send a replacement or refund you. You won’t need to send the item back.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds for damaged or faulty items include what you paid for shipping and go to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
